One of the more ridiculously entertaining books I have worked on, You Deserve A Drink by comedienne Mamrie Hart, allowed me to stretch my photoshop skills—and my funnybone. She requested a photo of her dog, Beanz in a pool floaty holding the book, as well as an image of grannies shocked at the content of her memoir. For the Beanz photo I combed through her Instagram to find an image of her pup and then created the floaty in photoshop with Beanz in it. For the grannies photo—after extensive and unsuccessful stock photo research—I drew this illustration of the stunned seniors.
